How this differs from buying lead lists

• The job is already specified. A request arrives with the date, the two-hour arrival window, the addresses, the service, the crew size, and the estimated hours — not a name and a phone number.
• Payment is arranged up front. The customer's card is authorized when the request is submitted, and captured once you accept. You are not chasing a deposit before the truck is loaded.
• Declining is free. Wrong date, wrong side of your radius, wrong item — decline it and nothing is owed.
• You keep your own pricing. Rates, crew sizes, minimum hours, and specialty quotes are yours. The marketplace shows them next to other companies rather than replacing them with a platform price.

What the marketplace does not do

Being honest about this saves everyone a conversation. Hire Moving Labor does not employ movers, does not own or drive trucks, and does not guarantee a volume of requests or a level of earnings. Customers book labor-only help and supply their own transportation. Whether requests reach you depends on real customer demand inside the coverage radius you set, the services you enable, and the hours you save.

Questions from moving companies

Do I pay for leads?

No. There is no charge to receive a booking request and no per-lead or contact fee. Hire Moving Labor takes a 25% commission on work you actually complete through the marketplace.

Is the request shared with several companies at once?

A customer selects a specific company and sends the request to it. You are responding to a job that was aimed at your listing, not bidding against a list of companies who bought the same contact.

Who sets the price?

You do. You publish your own hourly rate per crew size and your own minimum hours, and specialty work is quoted by you. The marketplace does not set or negotiate your rate.

Can I decline a request?

Yes. Every request is accept-or-decline from your dashboard. Declining costs nothing.

What is in a request before I accept it?

The service date and arrival window, the addresses, the service requested, the crew size, the estimated hours, and your estimated earnings for the job.

When do I get paid?

The customer's card is authorized when the request is submitted and captured after you accept. Hire Moving Labor typically releases your payout to your connected Stripe account within 1–3 business days after the job is completed. Bank deposit timing depends on Stripe, your payout schedule, and your bank.

Are there monthly or subscription fees?

No. Creating a profile and being listed costs nothing. The commission on completed work is the platform's revenue.

How many requests will I get?

That depends on customer demand in your coverage area, your services, your saved hours, and your rates. No volume or earnings figure is promised.
